Did you order lingerie in the wrong size? Or would you prefer a different model? If the product didn’t meet your expectations, no worries – you can easily return or exchange it with us.
Simply follow the steps below and we will take care of a fast and smooth processing of your request.
Return & Exchange Process

Pack the item
Place it in a suitable box (you can also reuse the original packaging) and send it to our postal address.
We recommend using Czech Post or any reliable courier service.
Please do not send cash on delivery shipments – they will not be accepted. -

For faster processing, please contact us at info@erosveneziani.cz and optionally include your shipment tracking number.
